Price per week, Saturday to Saturday: €500, VAT incl. Two weeks: €900, VAT incl.
Included in the price: Blankets, pillows, electricity, firewood, boat and motor.
Bed linen and towels: €50 per week.
§ 1 The cottage Brunkulla is let during stated period for stated price. 20 per cent of the rent must be paid within 10 days of booking and the final payment must be paid 30 days before arrival.
§ 2 The house is available from 15 pm day of arrival to 11 am day of departure, if nothing else is confirmed.
§ 3 The tenant must be careful and take good care of the holiday home.
§ 4 The tenant is responsible for damage caused by tenants. If damage occurs, the tenant must contact the landlord immediately.
§ 5 The tenant may not put the holiday home at someone elses disposal.
§ 6 It is the landlords responsibility to insure the holiday home and furnishings.
§ 7 The holiday home must be left clean and tidy.
§ 8 You can cancel verbally or in writing. If the tenant cancels 30 days (or earlier) before arrival, a service charge of 500 SEK has to be paid. For cancelling later the tenant must pay 70 per cent of the rent.
§ 9 The tenant certifies that his/her permanent adress is the one given to the landlord.
§ 10 Any contignent compensation towards the landlord as a result of this rental agreement can not result in a higher amount than that of the tenant’s pre-paid rent.
